My friend and I visited to try it out and we felt like family immediately.  We feel like we can go at our own pace and work-out as much as we can with the feeling that we still ROCK, even if we never leave the seat!  The music is always good and the instructors are amazing. We have had so much fun each time we go.

I love that Surge is dedicated to making an environment that is a comfortable and inviting place to work out. You don't have to know how to cycle, you don't have to already be in shape. It's a warm, welcoming and inclusive place to have fun and get fit. You make working out fun!

I absolutely love my classes here! The staff is incredibly friendly,  there is a very comfortable, fun and welcoming environment and an awesome variety of classes. Surge has definitely made its way to a permanent spot in my weekly routine :)

Surge cycling was amazing!! 6am Wednesday "Hillz and Drillz" with Lori was a great starter class.  If you are looking for a great motivating group workout this is your place.  The music was rocking and the cool light effects keep me pushing harder throughout the whole workout!

I went to Hillz & Drillz lead by Lori.  Great class, great instructor and fun music.  Definitely a good workout, I will be a regular!
