Today I tried Maple Laundromat for the first time as I had a flood in my basement and as a result my washing machine was damaged from the high water.  I was devastated and had to lots of laundry.  When I arrived the young man who was working there gladly offered to help me carry my laundry during the pouring rain.  He showed me how to use the machines and I was impressed with their level of service.  

The place is very clean and organized. I will keep coming back and even when I get a new washing machine I will continue to come back to wash my duvets.  Thanks for your helpful and friendly service.

So I was nervous about going to a laundrymat as don't know what to expect. This place was clean and the employee there very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Price was right. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. I was there last night. Great job.

I love coming here to do laundry because I feel safe, there's lots of machines and the owners/ employees are very friendly and talkative so it's never too "boring". I enjoy co.ing in seeing friendly faces and the willingness to help however they can! They make the laundry process much easier and joyful !!! I've never had an unpleasant experience here :)! Thank you Maple Laundromat!!

The place is clean and the machines work. But I would rather not give my hard earned money to people who don’t know how to treat others with respect and dignity. I have been talked to in an aggressive and condescending manner multiple times in response to honest questions. These people have no sense of politeness and customer service so I couldn’t care less that their machines work. I’d rather spend my money at a mediocre place run by good human beings.

Great friendly place to do laundry. Super clean not to expensive. Good experience. Wash room vending maching etc.. all in one. staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable
