The attendant working there today 12/18 at 4:50 pm (not Christina) obviously has no customer service experience. 

I had an issue with the car wash. It stopped working right at the beginning of the wash. I drove out and went to the attendant to let her know that it had just stopped. She proceeded to ask “what happened to it.” I don’t work there, so obviously I don’t know what happened. I’ve used this car wash many times. This had never happened before. This is why I was there to tell her that it had just stopped. Her attitude was horrible, so I told her that she could go look at it and that it was stuck right in the middle. She then said that she wasn’t going to look at it and that it had been working all day. That she was going to reactivate for me only one more time, but that after that she was not going to do it anymore. 

Are you kidding me? Am I trying to steal car washes? Who does this lady think she is? I hadn’t even asked for my money back. All I wanted was to know if it can be fixed so that I can get the car washed. This could of been a pleasant conversation with a simple solution. After that comment, I asked her for the refund and told her that she didn’t have to be so rude. How dare she treat me like I did something wrong?

Avoid this place had an attempt to hack my credit card here just after I had left !! No one other than me in the store at the time of buying goods other than the person serving me, draw your own conclusions !

Primero que nada hoy 07/14/2017 a las 10:20 am la dependiente de este estácion no debería estar en contacto con el costumer. Personas que están disgustadas con su vida deben de quedarse en su casa muy mala atención de esta persona no recomiendo llegar a este sitio

Pesima atencion al cliente. Compre un ambientador para carro, segundos después necesite cambiarlo y "Mary" la persona en caja no realizó el cambio, su actitud fue grosera, descortés e igualada. Por ese tipo de personas es que los inmigrantes son tan mal vistos en este país. Una Colombiana sin modales y educación.
