Long story short I had tire work done paid well over $300 they put my lug nuts so tight that when I had to take my tire off for another repair on the side of the road they wouldn't come off. My husband broke countless tools , we called on Becks to come out and fix their mistake which was exactly 7 miles down the road they refused to fix their mistake but told us they would come out to take off 1 lug nut for $100!! I will never do business with them again.

Beck's towed my car from our house in Hamburg to our regular repair shop in Brighton. They were 30 minutes ahaid of the ETA and took care of EVERYTHING for me. Very polite gentleman who worked quick and had my car on its way in under 10minutes.

I have been going to Beck's since I could drive 15+ years and our family has for 40+ years.  The great thing about this service station is that it is family owned and they would never recommend fix/repair anything if it is not in need.  This is hard to find in an auto service.  It seems like when I go to another station for a quick oil change they tell me I need 10 different things for $400+.  Bill Beck is completely trust worthy and skips the bull &*#@* you get from other service stations.  Their prices are fair and for 40+ years of auto repair we have never had to take something back because it was not done properly.  You’re in good hands going to this service station.
