I am so ecstatic that we finally have a Marble Slab here! This one also has Great American Cookies. We have been here several times and nothing disappoints. You can not go wrong with ice cream and unlimited mix-ins. The place is always clean. Service is great! Totally worth the money!

The ice cream is great,  pricing questionable,  and customer service bad.   At checkout,  they stated the price on their signage was wrong - the 'actual price' was a dollar more per item than the displayed price.   Charging the purchase,  my wife found that three dollars was added to 'what we paid'  -  an added tip?   Like I said,  ice cream is good,  but you pay for it!

Got there at 545pm. We waited in line for about 15 minutes! The people ahead of us left . Ordered a chocolate shake and the young guy with headphones around his neck struggled to take the order then after he made it said It’s a little runny and asked did we want whipped cream and cherry? Then we ordered a chocolate you choose mix in and asked for gummy bears and we received a kids and was charged for a small! Ordered a strawberry cheesecake ice cream it was so runny it was leaking over the sides! They had no spoons and had to ask 2 people for spoons!  Avoid this place ! People behind us were leaving too ! We saw three employees so I don’t think it was a labor shortage ! The lady who made our rocky road had to keep looking at the recipe! Bright side was it was right ! Definately not worth the $40 it cost !  Needs some strong training or some I care about by job attitude !

Pretty disappointing.  We ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday.  It's 48 hours required advance notice.  I called the day after we ordered to make sure they got the order and were working on.  Good thing I called because no they didn't.  When I go pick up the cake it doesn't have Andes chocolate mints on the top as shown in the photo and as stated in the cake description.  The whole reason we got this mint meltdown cake was for the Andes mints which my daughter loves since we can't buy these in the country where I am stationed.  When I point out that it's missing the full Andes candies on top, the girl working the counter replies "well we don't have Andes at this location".  Um, can't they just run down to any grocery store to pick up some to complete the cake as it's advertised?  Why is that now my burden?  They didn't make any effort whatsoever. And their response was like too bad. We don't have those ingredients so we don't make it like that even though we advertise it as such.  Paid in advance when I ordered online so they had my money and wouldn't do anything to fix the situation.  So buyer beware.  You very well may not get what you ordered and it won't be seen as their problem.

Passed by tonight to get some ice cream, and everything was done in such a messy way. Comparing to how it used to back when it was in Saddle Creek, the ice cream is barely mixed and by the time they put it in the cup it's already melting. Not to mention, that everything looked so unclean. The workers mixing the ice cream were not wearing gloves or anything, and then right after finishing making our ice cream, one of the workers went and touched their phone. We weren't allowed to taste the ice cream because of health codes understandable, but they don't even follow the rules for themselves. When they gave us the cups, they were all covered in ice cream. So messy!  The store itself had ice cream on the floor when walking in...it was just dirty and although two of the people who were with me got ice cream, I was honestly too disgusted. What a disappointment!

I was disappointed.   The ice cream melted so fast in our hands while we still in line trying to pay.  Had some for me and the kids. Had to throw them away

We had the best experience at Marble Slab today! We went in to purchase an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday. My daughter loved the way her cake was decorated and it had the best flavor. Thank you for the quality! I would definitely recommend your ice cream cakes to others. Thanks for making her day extra special!

I would give 0 stars if I could.  I rented their ice cream/ cookie truck for a retirement party on 8/27.  I spoke with Carl, who supposedly was the catering truck contact on 7/9 and then confirmed with him on 7/12.  The truck rental was for 12pm to 2pm.  I called Carl several times the day of the party.  He never answered and I left several voice mails.  At noon, I called the store to find out what was going on.  The store said they would call him.  About 12:30 I had still not heard anything.  I called the store back and they told me they also couldn't reach Carl.  So not only a no show on Friday after reserving a month in advance, no one has even bothered to contact me.

Had to ask someone to help me, they tried their best to ignore me until i did. Then they acted upset i was ordering? Why work here if you dont like it... Pay your workers, hire better people. Good icecream though!

Was really disappointed.  Walked in and got glares from 1 of the employees there and the other 2 ignored my wife and I as we came in.  We were then ignored for about 5 more minutes before I asked if they had a specific flavor.  I was greeted with a cold glare and a short “no” so I told my wife I wasn’t going to get anything and walked away.   She then waited for 5 more minutes while 3 people stood around not doing anything before they came over to ring her up and charged her over $7 for a small size ice cream.  Really really disappointed.  Nothing like any marble slab I’ve ever been to.  And the people you hired are incredibly rude to
