the location 7605 W Farmington Blvd Suite 3 tres leches cake was dry and wasnt moist how a tres leches cake is supposed to be and i proceeded to call up there and let them know my concern and they told me that all of them was baked the same but yall obviously didn’t do it right because everybody knows a tres leches cake is suppose to be moist and they didn’t want to give me my refund although i still have the cake .
Crumbl has such a great product. The cookies are delicious, fresh, and chewy. You are able to see the process as their kitchen is open and very clean. The front-end staff was friendly and helpful as this was our first trip there. The cookies are a bit pricey, but as a treat well worth the experience.Food: 5/5
I am disappointed because I ordered the new tres leches cake and the bakers did not soak the cake in the tres leches sauce. Of course I couldn’t try it until I got home because I was not given a spoon. Very dissatisfied because the cake as very dry and I wasn’t going to drive 30 minutes back for a refund or replacement, probably won’t be going back to crumbl.
Nice clean place. They provide different flavors every week and cookies be fresh and warm! My son loves it. Highly recommended will come back to get more.Food: 5/5
I don't sit here when I order; however, I love what I order. This week they have the strawberry shortcake. It is awesome. Could be more awesome if they added just a bit more strawberry. Nonetheless, check the menu before you go unless you're adventurous with your taste buds. I only go when a flavor appeals to me.Food: 5/5
The cookies were delicious..:as always. But I was a bit disappointed in the app and service. The app automatically added $3 tip on a $9 order. I didn’t see it until it was too late. 33% tip is a bit excessive when they are not doing anything above handing me a cookie. But I figured that it could be “justified” if they could help me tie the boxes together. They couldn’t do that!? I asked for a bag….told no. Asked for tape…told no. Asked for some cellophane… told no. So the $3 for what? Separated boxes and no help. Again…if you want yummy cookies go for it! But watch out for the auto gratuity since they may not earn it! Parking: Terrible parking
