Marci is the best realtor I have ever experienced. Her marketing of our house got it under contract, at asking, in weeks!  She even went door to door in our neighborhood advertising our open house. She is very communicative about each step of the process and has an amazing response time to inquiries.  Her tenacity is combined with the desire for you to be comfortable with each decision.  A true pleasure to work with. She has helped us both buy and sell a house.  Wish I could take her with me when I move!

Marci has been an outstanding realtor and has gone above and beyond to help us on several occasions. Marci has represented my husband and I on both the buying and selling side of home purchasing. When we bought our first house we were clueless as to how the housing market worked, how the home buying process worked, and how to get the most for our money. She guided us step by step and educated us along the way. She was amazing! We purchased our first home with her help and couldn't have been more pleased to have Marci representing us. Recently we have put that first home up for sale and again Marci is representing us but in a new capacity. She is guiding us through the sellers side of this home sale process. She has made sure we understand our contract, our obligations to the buyers, our responsibilities and most importantly has been a constant source of information and support. We have been dealing with a buyer who has a particularly unorganized/unprofessional/disrespectful agent and it has really made us realize how important having a good agent is! Marci has represented us and stood up for us in more ways than one. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our deadlines are met and even that the buyers deadlines are met, as their agent is gravely lacking. If you're looking to buy OR sell... Marci will represent you exceptionally.

She understood what a stressful time this was for my wife and I and did a fantastic job of giving us the information we needed to make the best choice for our family. She was flexible and responsive to both our financial and scheduling needs throughout the process and understood what we were wanted in a home and how that fit with the budget we were working with. We had a great experience!

Without getting long winded. As a Army Vet I used my VA Home Loan for a purchase. Due to Marci's ignorance of the VA Home Loan purchasing process my wife and I overpaid by $4,000 on the day of the closing. Her lack of experience had caused us into further debt by using credit cards to cover the extra $4,000 the day of the closing that would have been a benefit that is normally paid by the govt., which is the purpose of a VA Home Loan. Just a warning, if you are looking to use your VA benefits please seek another agent.
