Amazing group of folks bright, friendly, and helpful. 
Ive never met another broker who cares so much about her clients and agents. Janice is knowledgeable about the business and wuickly provided necessary information when I needed it. 
Her assistant Shalene  (of 30 years) and Rebekah handled my transaction with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help. It was about me not the business I brought to them. It just seem to flow naturally. Thank you for going out of your way for us.

As my husband and I are driving down I-4 in the left lane all of a sudden the vehicle to the right of us merged into our lane on top of us running us off the road!!! My husband was able to keep to keep control of our car as the other vehicle proceed to stay in our lane not bothering to correct his move or swerve back over. I immediately pull out my phone to get a picture of the license plate. I'm assuming they (the two men in the car) saw this because they quickly merged into the lane to the right. We sped up so I could get a picture of the driver and when we get side by side he starts switching lanes going as far right as possible while proceeding to flip me off! All the while the company name EXIT REAL ESTATE RESULTS is displayed on the drivers door as well as the name of the realtor JOE ANGLEY and the phone number and email. I am not only mortified that someone would display this type of behavior when they almost caused a horrific car accident but they would do it with their company's name for all to see AND the personal name and number of what I would guess was the driver or passenger. I attempted to contact the company but received no answer. How incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to NOT ONLY us but his employer as well! There are thousands of Americans searching for work everyday and this man has the audacity to take his job for granted. Well MR ANGLEY I hope you don't treat all potential clients in this manner. I'll be certain as we begin our search for a home that we stay clear from you and your associates.

** Laurie Cook **

We began the process of relocating across country in December of 2013 and we finally closed in March of 2014.

Laurie Cook was AMAZING! This wonderful Realtor took the time to video & upload home tours to youtube, guide us through the nuances of the market & commute times & basically have the patience of a saint until we were finally able to close on the house of our dreams.

She was worth every penny of the commission & I would have gladly paid double.

Laurie Cook is a wonderful Realtor and I would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Exit Real Estate is the worst property management agency in Orlando.
I signed the contract with them and gave to rent apartment. 
After sign (in May'13) I couldn't get any information about process.
Agent Ms. Sverisson (who worked without license, I think) didn't answer on my questions on email.
Finance statements were sent irregularly, money came to my account with delay (after my reminder on email).
Agency didn't send me receipts about repair in my apartment, just took money and said "for aircondition or for alarm".
When tenants moved out, Ms Sverisson  sent me email, that apartment left in clean condition.
But I checked it and found: broken faucet, broken jalousie, and very dirty walls and carpet.
I was had to fix it on my own funds. 
I sent email to agency but they said: "Ms Sverisson didn't work here anymore and we can't help you, this is no our problems".
I am strongly NOT RECOMMEND exit real estate. This is bad company.
