I ordered two pizzas that were over 25 dollars, and one didn’t hardly have any cheese on it. I called the manager at the store and he got nasty with me. I told him I was willing to bring the pizza back, yet he acted rude and immature. The pizza is expensive, and it’s not that good, and there is poor service.

The manager, (Michael Herrington I believe is the name) was very rude via telephone upon our phone conversation. I placed an online order to be picked up at 6:00pm. I called to make a minor adjustment to my order and he informed me at 5:30pm, my order was already done and could not be adjusted. I specifically placed my order for 6:00pm so It would be done closer to that time and not 30 minutes before, meaning that it will just be sitting for 30 minutes. The purpose of making my pick up time 6:00pm was to avoid my food from just sitting. I nicely asked why my order was done 30 minutes early if I specifically stated that it will be picked up at 6:00pm. He stated, "We are backed up and short on drivers, and even though its not your problem, I'm still letting you know". I kindly asked my Herrington to reconsider adjusting my order, seeing that I am a loyal paying customer and he told me no. I understand there is a procedure that must be followed, however, this manger was not costumer service oriented at all and lacked all fields of trying to contain my business. I then asked for a corporate number and he informed me there is no corporate office and that the store is franchise. I understand that concept, as I have worked for a franchise business in the past, but upon telling me that, he laughed over the phone like the situation was funny to him. No care in the world. Being a prior service member and now a contractor for the military, the customer service I was shown today is highly unacceptable. It definitely makes me reconsider sending this particular facility any further business.

Best pizza around! Friendly staff - sometimes a long wait on deliveries but it's a large post.

I enjoyed the turkey club bravo sub and my wife enjoyed her BBQ wings, both tasted great just little on the expensive side. The pizzas are way over priced, $15 for a medium is to expensive for me to even try.
