I ordered a Bourbon Chicken Dinner with Shrimp fried rice, an egg roll included, and had it delivered. It took an hour and a half to arrive, which I was warned about and understood and agreed to. Waiting such a long period of time...for dry, day-old chicken. It tasted awful. Barely any Bourbon sauce, and even that was off-tasting. I literally had three shrimp. I know people always make that the hook-line of a joke; "oh, there was only three whole shrimp in my shrimp fried rice" - however, I am using it in the literal sense. There were three small, withered shrimp throughout my entire Shrimp rice dinner-sized serving. The egg roll - something so simple, so delectable when done right and easy to DO right! Nay, even that was terrible. I'm positive that the egg roll was cooked earlier in the day, allowed to be sit out all day long. I'm positive my egg roll was part of a mass-fried-batch and was given a simple re-dip in the fryer upon ordering, to crisp and warm it. I have never given a review on anything in my life. I had to on this, though. Just bad food. 1/10 would order again.

I was trying to be optimistic not go fully on the reviews but the reviews are spot on. I ordered online at 5:20 it told me estimated delivery was 6:15 not bad. But by 6:50 I called to see where my food was and was rudely told "oh sorry we are busy". Hung up then at 7:00 the guy gets here to just have a completely different total then what I had. He walks to his car to get the receipt and while doing so he says out loud "don't know why y'all getting f****** mad at me?" Like really?! I mean who else wouldn't? So I then call the store again to see why the difference in prices and she says "oh I thought I called you". This is really the worst experience I've ever had and mind you I still tipped the disrespectful driver who mind you had a "friend" in the passenger seat!

Their food is really good, but their delivery service sucks. Everytime Ive placed an order for delivery I've gotten my order like an hour and a half later. And we live literally 5 min away. Like sure I could get off my couch and it'd be faster but still. What about for the people who live farther? like I said theirs nothing wrong with their food but they need work on their delivery speed. Order from them like right after you eat lunch so when dinner time comes around they'll be on time. it's a joke.

They have great food, but yes the delivery time will be 60minutes to 1.5 hours. This is most likely because they wait until they have their orders lined up and the driver can be routed to make a few deliveries at a time just like Pizza Hut. However, my food has always been hot, fresh and I have Never ever gotten sick from eating here. I prefer the delivery because the inside leaves something to be desired, but I am assuming it's a cultural thing. We have eaten here at least twice a month for over the last year and a half...good things come to those who are willing to wait a bit:)
