Great food and decent prices but every time I have ordered (at least a dozen times since they've opened) they have taken at least 1.5 hours to deliver. They also take a long time to make the food. Would recommend if you like waiting for good food. If you're in somewhat of a hurry I wouldn't recommend

The Suwanee location on Buford Highway is the only one we have experienced and on both occasions very dirty restaurant, Saturday October 14 20017.. First time was two years ago. On both occasions showed lack of attention. Wait staff congregated at the counter and we were told to sit anywhere. We went out to the patio. One table was occupied with several diners but the rest of the tables empty, one had old pizza crusts on a plate. Went we were leaving a waitress asked if we wanted to move inside, we said no we were leaving! Will never return.

Took hour and 50min to get a carry out order...while the regulars walk up greet the manager place an order and get their order in 15 minutes.

I have been ordering through this branch for our business for almost two years straight, with help from multiple different managers. Granted, I understand turn-over, and can understand different managers come and go, however this should not effect business relations. Newest manager whom assisted me stated that "he didn't know what the other managers have been doing" (which have literally been four to five different ones) but he marked the pricing up on my group order by at least $100.00, which has been VASTLY different from the past orders. He basically told me he was the "new"GM(I am sure he will be gone in a few months like the others, name Pierre) and it was "a lot of work to make the pizza's by himself, so the pricing went up." WHAT? Not very polite on the phone either. And to add insult to injury, we drive twenty minutes away and pass a multiple amount of pizza chains to COME PICK UP THE FOOD every time, so we don't burden the branch. I guess good customer service doesn't matter, maybe when I am short staffed I should hike the pricing of my services at my location up to compensate for that. Sounds like great business! Pity, all sixty of my employee's like this pizza, and we refer people to the location all the time. Sadly, this will not be happening further and we will not be ordering from this branch again.

Always fast service and good food. Always look for any available coupons before ordering to make it even better. Great options for your pie crust. One of my go-to pizza places.
