I gave them an awful review awhile back and I am here to do a complete 180!! They must have gotten new employees and new management because now they are so friendly, quick on orders, and the taste is great! It is hard to find consistency but this place has really worked hard to do better and create that!!

It was so slow. The worker didn’t understand the menu, then he takes twenty minutes to prepare food. I’m pretty sure he’s the only worker in the building too. We were in a the drive thru. It was supposed to be quick, and here we are sitting here for 20 minutes. We have a busy schedule

The slowest drive-thru I have ever been to. The service is mediocre at best. It took 15 minutes just to get to the box to order, with just two cars ahead of me, then another 3 minutes after a "one moment please". Then another 10 minutes to actually pay and get the food. If I wanted to wait this long, I would have gone to one of the multitude of sit down Mexican restaurants in the area. Not worth the wait. Not sure if it's a management issue or just inept employees, but this store is a horrible excuse for a restaurant, fast food or not.

Taco Bell was not doing well today. They weren't getting orders out and had someone very upset at the wait and then someone from drive thru had to come in and wait for their order. The soda machines weren't working properly and the trash cans were stuffed. I have always had a good experience here but not sure what was going on today.

The slowest inside service of any fast food place - ever! We've been inside this location twice and both times had to wait over 30 minutes for "fast food" style meal. They clearly seem to prefer the drive through to the inside experience. Only one nice young man inside had any service skills; he apologized for the lengthy delay and provide free extras without asking permission. His co-workers could not have cared less, truly apathetic attitudes. 30 minutes for tacos and fish? Really? Come on corporate Taco Bell, read these reviews and fix this place!
