Love this place but I guess I'm done with em! After going through the usuall headache of using there online ordering and finally getting to the check out it tells me to pick another Marcos because this ones closed...hmmmm Saturday at 5pm. So now I call the store lo and behold they are open. Okay awesome. Nope not awesome. After the guy on the phone tells me oh yeah alot of people have complained about it today. So I proceed to order but I can't use the coupon that had made me decide to have Marcos tonight because guess why I'm not ordering online. Now mind you I'm now 15 minutes into attempting to get a pizza tonight. Can you just give me the 8.99 two topping pizza. No I can't find that coupon. I'm also giving him the code. So apparently after you let Marcos solicit you through your emails which is a daily thing you will not get that deal. Sad bait and switch for two dollars!!! We'll I use to order at least once a week sometimes twice and always tip the driver five bucks. I'll live I guess I just eat Pappa Johns from now on.
Sad you lost a loyal customer over your crappy website and ignorant phone guy.
Little insulted when you waste my time and can't even give me the deal you sent me an email about.
Shame on you!!!
