While the food is great,  the service was less than even average.  Employees talked so quiet and the music was so loud, I couldn't hear them while ordering.  They never smiled,  welcomed us, or thanked us. They seemed unemotional, like robots. 
At 6pm on a Sat, they had all chairs on the tables, chips put away,  and bottles of soda/ juice put away, making us feel unwelcome to eat there.  All of this is probably why the place was empty.

My family and I come excited to have some Mr. Goodcents and to our surprise when we entered through the door, most of the tables had trash on them not to mention the nasty floor. The employees never greeted my family and they food all over the counter, under the counter and all over the floor that they continued to walk over. We all ordered meals and went to the fountain drink to find the ONLY soda working was Coke thats it. This was the worst we have seen this place. The two African American guys didn't seem to know what customer service was and the other guy causation didn't seem to know prices and how to work a register. I really hate to say this but I don't think we will spend another $50 there again unless management steps up their game. This used to be a great place to eat but it's gone way done hill.

The food is always good and fresh and serve with good attitudes. A nice place to eat.
