I was a walk in and had my order within 15 minutes.  Always friendly service.   I frequent this establishment about once a week.

I spoke to a woman on the phone and gave her my address in the beginning then gave her my order, then my card information and she told me it’ll be delivered in 45 minutes. I waited for and hour and half, so I decided to call to see the status (cause I only live 1.5 miles away) they told me it was never sent because they had no name or number to contact me and now I have to wait again?! Get it together people! 🙄

Just got hands down worst pizza i ever ate from east side morcos ordered extra cheese barely any cheese on it no sauce it all I've had better frozen pizza absolutely unacceptable will never order from Marcos again

Walked in and witnessed the manager with her finger in another employees mouth because of an apparent tooth ache. After I paid for my order I waited to see if the manager would wash her hands or at least use hand sanitizer...nope...just went back to handling food with no gloves.... I won't be going back...
