The Pizza wasn't worth the price and disrespect that I was treated and they intentionally held my order up almost 30 minutes when the smart ass behind the counter told me twenty minutes. I will never go there again.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 pizzas. The workers were listening to music and talking while orders were coming thru.. They didnt start the orders until there were at least 7 people waiting. Service was trash pizza was under cooked.. Never again

Called ahead, got the wrong pizza, the other wasn't cooked all the way.. Had to drive back,across town, called ahead again, When we got there, there was a little conflict, but we got out ordered, it was done perfect. They gave us bread sticks( under cooked) and a 2 liter.... Manager is a good person

For the love of everything holy can this place PLEASE invest in a new pizza cutter??? I swear every EVERY time I go here the pizza is either 1, not cut all the way through 2, the slices are uneven (I mean my 5 yr old cuts better) 3 It's always undercooked ALWAYS... never again will I go the the lorain store Sheffield is better

Terrible service, terrible attitudes..all i heard was cussing and things being slammed around the back. Nobody greeted me at the counter for about 5 minutes. Apparently being employed is a terrible thing. The guy that finally took my order looked like he wad flustered i was there.. ohhhh and my order took 20 something minutes..i wish i could rate negative numbers
