This is the worse place to get pizza. I wish there’s a rating below one. The customer service by Zach Davis, a supposed manager is worse than the gutters. I ordered 2 large pizzas with no bacon or pepperoni (no pork) n it was the direct opposite I got. I went there to talk about it n this guy called me a ‘mother******’ n threatened to walk me out of the place n deny me service. Wow, a manager.?! Cussing at a customer?! So unheard of! I really pray n will keep talking about this, even to their corporate office n see he gets fired. A manager indeed! And to think I’m a 1st time customer.

Horrible service!!!! I ordered pizza to be delivered at 5:30 i called at 5:43 to say it hasn’t come. I’m told he’ll be there in ten minutes well it’s 6:20 and no one has came but my debit card has been charged!!!! Not to mention i call back in he places me on hold for 7 mins then the phone goes dead. After that it rings busy and now it is just ringing with no answer at all. I will never order from here again poor customer service. I can’t get a refund because no one will answer now. Never again!

They don’t fix your problem if they gave you a wrong pizza they said they will send in someone to give us what we ordered but no one shows up even if you call and they tell you they will fix they won’t horrible staff

OK lunch buffet. The staff is very friendly. The buffet selection was very limited and we had to wait for it to be replenished. Food quality was OK but nothing special.

Wow this place! They definitely know how to make it right to satisfy customer!!! So, here's what happened. I ordered pick up about month ago, so I show up my order not ready and it took them forever to make it. I was little upset, but they were really busy as well... So, I got my order and left. Now... Today... I call ahead again to place the order for pick up. Show up at the store, and guess what... guy name Devon says, "Sir, I remember you, last time you waited long for your order, so we will make this one free of charge"!!! Can you believe it?! Last time I wasn't loud or anything I just looked upset, but Devon actually remembered!!! Wow! That was something you don't see now days in customer service! I'm 100% Satisfied Customer! Dear, Manager if you read this - Devon defiantly deserves an promotion and at least a raise! Just Wow!
