Mediocre at best. My wife had the Sausage and Cheese Omelette and I had the SuperChef’s Breakfast Platter with bacon. First off, I would like to see these restaurants call the potatoes what they are. Deep fried potato cubes ARE NOT hash browns. They are DEEP FRIED POTATOES! Yuk! So that and the server telling me that I couldn't sit next to my wife that I had to sit across from her seemed little Gestapo controlling. My wife's omelette was average. The menu choices weren't impressive. I won't be back to this restaurant. If you love pancakes you might enjoy it.

They have a new "seating policy" I guess now. I've been there several times so this was a new thing. Party of 5... 4 of us were there asking for a seat and we could not be seated until our last person was there... one person! And then my friend literally pulls up... request a table. He says no once again, can't seat until she walks into the building. Not a fan of this new policy. Very inconvenient when it takes forever to get your food. So make sure you have your whole party with you!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in at 2 minutes until 7 (the door was open) and was told "You're early. We don't open until 7." I responded "Well, I can go back out to my car." No response from him. Then, I told him I was meeting someone and he said he wouldn't seat me until my friend arrived and told me to sit on a bench to wait. A couple of minutes later, a couple walked in and the other server offered to seat them. They looked at me and reminded her that I was there first. I told the couple that they wouldn't seat me until my friend arrived. They looked as shocked as I was. After they were seated, I told the young lady I would like to be seated, too. She refused, saying it was "restaurant policy". I said that I was going to go somewhere else to eat, to which she replied "sorry - have a nice day". Unbelieveably poor treatment of customers. Don't even think about going there.

Had breakfast; very good; plate was warm Always a plus in my book unless you ordered something cold of course.very friendly employees. It was definitely cold in the restaurant though. The food and plate was warm however cooled off way to quickly because it was so cold

Lovely place great customer service and food was delicious! Highly recommend anyone to visit! And I'm from Bronx, NY where there are so many restaurants in NYC.. SUPERCHEFSOHIO needs to be in NYC
