I will never go back to this theater. I went for the first time last Friday. Went to see the Fifty Shades movie and had 2 people in my row that shouldn't have been there. One of them made a scene so we had to pull out our tickets to show we were supposed to be there for the Manager. Who the Manager then turned off our light for service so we never got any food or drinks. This is after our light had been on at least 30 min. Not to mention the theater was half empty. And I can guess why. Cause if the service is anything like what we experienced they won't be open much longer. I know my friends and I all said we will never go back. And all plan to share what we experienced. Rude customers who didn't have tickets but were allowed to stay, rude management and no service.

We always have a good experience here. It is almost always a ghost town though...... Which i appreciate. However, it can't be healthy for business. I would hate to see a closing, but would not be surprised. This theater needs a very strong marketing person to kick it in gear. Its a shame to see!

Homeless man sleeping in our seats when we arrived to the theater.... staff asked him to move but still allowed him to stay in the theater. Tables looked like they hadn't been wiped off from prior movie and food all over the floor. 2 stars because the staff was nice and food was decent.

I understand being delayed to get into the theatre because the prior party was a group event. They compensated us with a free movie pass because of this. However, this was my first time going to this theatre. Here is my first impression. We went to see Star Wars: The Last Jedi in 3d. We did not get 3d even though the staff had asked us if we were supposed to be viewing it in 3d before it started (I feel like they should have known this). This did not bother me that much as I was still getting to watch the movie. About 1/3 of the way into the movie the image on the screen distorts to some odd color, mainly a bright green. A couple people left at this point. I figured it would be fixed and in time it was. We ordered food at the start of the film. We got it in a timely manner but my order was wrong. I scraped the onions off my burger that I had asked not to be put on. The food was mediocre. 3 hour long movie and not once was there someone to come over to our attempts at pushing the button for service (even the attempts made on other tables buttons as we thought ours might not be working). Never had a refill on our drinks or the chance to order popcorn. The chairs, or seating, unlike other theatres was cramped and we sat in high end computer chairs the whole movie. Comfort wasn't an issue but trying to adjust your seat was a pain as you would disrupt your neighbor. All in all a terrible first experience and quite possibly the last time I visit this theatre. The only reason for the two stars was because we had ordered drinks before the show that were star wars themed. It was made well by the bartender.

I love this littler theatre, except there is a limited amount of movies kept here because its a little smaller. They offer the full menu and themed cocktails. Overall very clean and tidy. Staff is always helpful.
