In between the border of El Cajon and lakeside, this amazing Italian restaurant has authentic cuisine. The dishes are extremely savory and flavorful and they do not skimp the veggies or protein. With large portions of different pastas and specialty dishes, this place will not disappoint you. They offer a kid menu and their specialty pizzas are super yummy as well. Each pasta comes with either a soup or salad and complimentary garlic bread. Prices are very reasonable for the massive portions you get. Ordered a Pizza off the menu said it came with ham 2 types of chesse onions on it 16" pizza large. $20 an okay price I am visiting from out of town and was looking for a place to eat dinner for that was a staple in the comunity for a long time. The watres as nice as she was even checked the pizza.Food: 3/5

Maybe the server was having an off day. It wasn't that busy. I've worked in a restaurant and covered tables for servers when they wanted a break. I could have handled this no problem. It was hard to even get crackers for my Aunt's soup. I still love this place and not downing the server. Everyone has bad days.Food: 5/5

This place is good food at a good price served by good people. Bring your family enjoy the food and tip well they deserve it. The only reason I gave them less than five stars all the way down is because, sure there are places with better food. But they're not trying to be fine dining, they're a family restaurant who makes great food. The Camholts chicken sandwich is my new favorite, it's just the right amount of tender chicken meat topped with bacon and basically a salad between two halves of a toasted sesame torpedo roll... Mmmmm yummy!
Nice little place with great staff and good food! Not too pricey either. I'm a very picky eater and I would recommend this place to anyone! First plate is chicken parmigiana and second is shrimp risotto. And that bread is sooo yummy! We also ordered a pizza for the road and it was pretty good too.
It was great.,As always. They even took my birthday coupon from my phone this time.for the last few years they told me I had to print it. No more! The Torpedo and meatball pepperoni pizza never fails.
Very comfortable, clean, great service and even better food. Very consistent, always a great experience here. Easy to find, parking can be snug weekend evenings. Come early, don't miss out on a great meal.Food: 5/5
First time visitor. Visiting from out of town and it was recommended that I try this restaurant. Outstanding food and service. Our server, Kayla, was professional polite and had an amazingly positive attitude. The bus boy, Tyler, was also amazing - super polite and very enthusiastic. The manager, Lacey, was justifiably proud of her staff and grateful for the acknowledgement. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for what they call “legendary and exceptional” Italian cuisine, family style.
