The hotel was clean and the staff was pretty friendly. We did however have a problem getting clean towels. It took 3 hours and 2 phone calls to get them. The casino were not operational (Soon to reopen from the last hurricane) so that was a bummer but we made the best of things. Not a big deal since there were  plenty of other casinos in the area. Overall due to the hotel traffic, not a bad stay.

We only visited the Arcade floor, and it was amazing!  Best family entertainment center I have ever been to. Everything is loaded onto a card; making keeping track of 'tokens' and 'tickets' so much easier. Definitely a fun way to spend time together.

Room was great, service at restaurants took forever. We booked a package that gave us some free chips and salsa and drinks.. But ended up pretty much paying for them in a "package fee" the pool wasn't open due to staffing, just wish that would have been advertised, the other resort pools were open. Valet took 25 min to get our car, so we just self parked the rest of the time!

The arcade is a little expensive, but lots of fun for the rainy day vacation. The line for rock wall and rope course is too long. But I think they are understaffed for the off season. Might be faster during other seasons. Rooms are very nice. Not sure if all rooms have condoms in the drawer, luckily found them before the kids used them for balloon animals.

Love this AWESOME Hotel. Bright cheerful and tropical decor. The Casino staff make you feel like family and very curtious. Very clean. Great food and Family friendly arcade for my children and grandchildren to play games and
 learn at the same time.
