Double check your room before departure!!!

I stayed here two nights on 1/18 and 1/19/18. When departing on 1/20 I realized I left my wallet which contained $640 cash all my personal cards, including company cards, social etc. I notified the front desk I would be returning right away to retrieve my wallet, when the front desk agent Aerial said she would send housekeeping to get the wallet. Upon arrival of course no wallet was there. I know without a doubt as well as my little sister the wallet was left there on the night stand. Management is showing no level of concern and still has not contacted me as 1/23/18.  If this was there properties I'm sure they would feel the same and want the same level of urgency. Now I'm delayed here in Mississippi awaiting a new drivers license and etc to be able to travel. If you like Hilton I would prefer the Hampton down the street which I've stayed in the past. And staff is better there.

Pleasant staff, close location to restaurants and food. Rooms are spacious, however there are small things like fixing the blinds and tightening towel racks that would make things much better. There is a small refrigerator, and microwave in the room. Side note I was here working and did not book the room, as such it would be nice if DoubleTree would honor their points program. I was told up front that since I didn't personally book the room, points would not be allocated to my account but instead the corporation I was working for would receive them.

Nice overall. A great alternative to the casinos if you don't want that setting but still want to be in the middle of Biloxi. Friendly staff. Rooms clean and spacious.

Great location. Within walking distance there are several bars/restaurants/casinos. Has pool and hot tub and a great little bar/restaurant. Had a room with a great ocean view. It is right on a 4 lane road so every once and a while you would hear a loud car but it wasn’t very often but I was only on the 3rd floor on the street side.

Great hotel with good views of the beach from the upper floors.  The rooms are modern and well kept.  The pool and patio area is very clean.  Bar and grill in the lobby, open until 10pm typically.  Breakfast buffet in the morning with cook to order eggs for about $11.  There is a fitness center on the 2nd floor with a few treadmills and a weight machine.  The hotel is right next to the Beau Rivage casino and the highway.  Traffic gets pretty loud on the patio by the pool.
