BEWARE!!!!
PLZ STAY AWAY from this attorney, my recent experience with him for a COOP deal was nothing but an EXORBITANT NIGHTMARE. Highly non-responsive, myriad follow-ups 
and appalling customer service. He charged me $750 (Attorney fee) for a deal which fell through in between with NO fault of mine. Also, he lied to me stating TITLE/LIEN search service is needed by my bank for loan closure and he charged me $685 for it,however, when i confirmed with my bank, it WASN'T  really necessary. I lost total $1435 for a coop deal which didn't even go through and Mr. Sheldon Margolis was of NO HELP. 
I feel cheated and looted. I would NEVER EVER recommend him.

I used Sheldon Margolis for a closing on my Jersey City home.  I have got to say that this is by far the best experience I have had with a real estate lawyer, or any lawyer for that matter.  Mr. Margolis was very thorough and detailed in his work.  He was also very patient and took initiative with getting all of the tasks accomplished and facilitating a very easy closing.  I would use his service again and I highly recommend him, if you are looking for someone who knows what they are doing.

We had a super complicated transaction and literally had to fire our prior attorney because she messed so many things up. Sheldon spotted a ton of issues and resolved all of them. Very confident we wouldn't have closed without him. Thanks Sheldon!

My husband and I used Sheldon to close on our condo.  It was one of the worst experiences EVER in an already stressful process.  I do NOT recommend working with him unless you want somebody who you have to micromanage, doesn't communicate effectively or respond half the time and you are constantly chasing for answers/responses.
