Please avoid this doctors office if you can. The staff has such an attitude and does not care for the patients. If you do not want to work at the office please quit. Do not mess with peoples health. Waited two hours to see the doctor but I was told to wait another 45 minutes. I made an appointment to see doctor because i was sick. Not for fun.

As I've never written a negative review, it's unfortunate that my first is directed to a physician who I have never even had the opportunity to meet. When a member of Dr. Jurado's staff called to confirm my appointment, she was having a conversation in Spanish with someone, and although I speak Spanish, was surprised that the person calling me was not attentive enough to have realized I had answered the phone, and furthermore didn't realize WHO she had called. I was told to "lose my attitude" when I questioned my appointment not being the first of the morning, as I had originally been told I was being offered when I initially scheduled. Based on the few reviews that I have read, the office seems to be disorganized and the staff has been the source of negative reviews in the past. Dr. Jurado lost me as a new patient today due to a very disrespectful and unprofessional member of her staff.

Very unfortunate, the doctor is great, however the office staff is not helpful, will be finding a new place to go

Dr. Jurado is great! She's very thorough and always checks out EVERYTHING. I'm recommending her to everyone. She can run a little bit late, but that's normal for doctors these days. It's well worth the wait! She's very practical and always writes down everything that you need. She's definitely a note-taker! :-) Don't hesitate to go to her.
