I would give 0 star if I could, I heard Dr.Raul Perez is a very good doctor , my complain is about the staff, they are HORRIBLE. I waited 2 months to get my first appointment, when I got there, there was no appointment squeduled, they canceled and didn't even called me, I am very disappointed, they have no consideration for the patients .I also tried to call the office a few times before the appointment, it is so hard to talk to them, you stay on hold for a long time, by the end there is a message saying, you cannot even leave a voice message because the mail box is full.

He is very professional. He listens, and pays good attention to all your concerns. Highly dedicated to his patients. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Perez is good young doctor that seems to be knowledgeable and caring, but his office staff is non-existent. They called me to have my blood test done again after my physical. I called them 4 times to get more information on what they needed me to do and where I should go. They did not return any calls until the 4th time, which was about 2 weeks later. I was told to go to LabCorp and get a blood test done. It has been over 4 weeks since I did the blood test, and 3 calls with no reply from his office. So I waiting to see what the results are and if I need to do any followup visit, but cant get them to call me back.Every time you call you get the answering service, and they say leave a message. If you are not going to follow up with your patients then you shouldn't be in the medical field, or get better staff to run the office. I will now be looking for another doctor.

My insurance assign you as my doctor, I been trying to call your office for an appointment for 2 weeks, no one answer the phone or return the message... not sure is this real Dr. office or not.

Great doctor, horrible staff/nurses. I walked in as an emergency appointment because I had a blood clot in my thigh and was denyed completely. In addition the staff is always unorganized and clueless. Good luck to anyone making an appointment, you will be there all day.
