What a wonderful experience here at Marianas Food Cart! The food here is rich, unique, and packed with new flavors I had never tried before. Ran by the family, I learned that each morning they smoke and BBQ their meats fresh, and boy did it show! The ribs are perfectly tender and have that fresh off the grill texture and taste. They were all very helpful in recommendations and explaining what some of the more unique food items tasted like. I can’t wait to try more!

Great menu featuring island inspired food from Guam and surrounding areas. You will find rice, and a selection of meats such as find, beef, and chicken. Make sure to order the shrimp balls for and appetizer, they are amazing!

I did not have the same experience as other reviewers on here, but they are still working out the kinks of just opening a month ago. The first visit they had run out of meat on a Friday evening by 7pm.

Was looking forward to their food for a while! They guys working were very nice when I ordered at dinner time, and I received the food immediately. Unfortunately, I could not finish the chamorro plate because it was so incredibly salty (even for someone who likes salt!) and sadly everything was cold 🤔 At dinnertime? 
 I really wish I didn’t have to throw much of it away but it was the saltiest thing I have ever eaten. the meat, rice, noodles, and sauce all tastes like the exact same seasoning in addition to the salt; so I must admit I will have to pass on Marianas Food Cart 😓

Being born on Saipan and living here in the mainland. I miss the local food. This place rocks! Authentic flavors and menus! Pairere brown na chow! Check it out prim--ti'un lachï! Dude was awesome man! He gave us a couple of Chicken Corn Soup to sample while we waited for our food! Island hospitality for real! And it was the best! Just like auntie bebeng's🌴🌴🤙🤙👍👍

Flavorful food from Guam located in a family friendly food cart setting (~30 food options). Seating available indoors with local beer, cider, and wine on top.  Public restrooms inside. Outdoor seating also.
