The guy that works in the civil court goes by the last name of Lopez needs to show some respect very rude. Looked like he did not even know what he was talking about the lady on the other side of him was very nice.

Those who answer the phone are either not sufficiently knowledgeable or think they know better where to direct your call. Upon asking to be connected with the Information Desk, the female told me, "You need to be connected with Records," which is NOT what I asked for. I was then connected to a number that rang without answer for 38 minutes (documented) until I gave up. 
CONCLUSION: Neither their automatic nor their "manned" phone calls work to any degree of effectiveness.

Judges are inexperienced and lack basic law knowledge. Justice of the peace should be required to hold a law degree to qualify for this office.

I went into this court because of a traffic ticket that I was clearly guilty of expecting to pay $240 to $310 and having to see the judge and probably have to do a bunch of other stuff. I walked in talk to the clerk paid $170 and walked out all done within 5 minutes. And the clerk that I saw was absolutely wonderful and most helpful. Plus they accept credit cards which I didn't expect because of the merchant processing fees. But it only gets four stars because yes it was still court and yes it still cost me money just like the fact that it was my fault.

Got my marriage license on Tuesday, came back and got married on Thursday. No waiting for either. Showed up and got number 1 for the ceremony. Only one other couple showed up after us. 
Judge Miles Keegan was THE best!  He had the warmest smile and spoke such wonderful words about being together and what marriage really means. He just made the day that much more special and I couldn't thank him enough. He let us stay and take as many pics as we wanted and he also was our group photographer before he left. LOL
