Best Company Ever!! I have been using Maricopa Shuttle for more than 6 years. The owner really cares about his customers and time. I usually make my reservation on line and follow it up with a phone call. Although they have been late a couple times but called to let me know ahead of time and they've always made it up to me. Some of the disappointment that people receive I suspect are from some other companies that claim to be Maricopa shuttle and that's why I always call to make sure it's the right company because that happened to me once.

I haven't ridden with this outfit. I drive the 347 between Maricopa and east Phoenix 2 round trips per day dropping my wife at work in AM and fetching her in PM. I regularly see Maricopa Shuttle driving way too fast, erratically, making unnecessary lane changes, and running the red light when entering town. I drive the 347 at 65 MPH while they zig and zag in and out of traffic, and yet they still sit at the same red lights as I do, never getting ahead despite their aggressive, dangerous driving. VERY UNSAFE, UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVERS. YOU ARE BETTER OFF TAKING LYFT (cheaper, too).

If I could give Maricopa shuttle zero stars I would. They seem to never be on time! I will never use them again.

WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVERY HAD TO DEAL WITH BUT NOT DEAL WITH BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET A HUMAN TO TALK WITH  AND CALLED LIKE 64 TIMES AND SPENT 5 HOURS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE THEY LEFT ME STRANDED AT 3:15 AM HAD TO FIND A NEW RIDE AT THE LAST MINUTE TO MAKE MY FLIGHT THERE WEB SITE SAYS THEY OPEN AT 6:00 AM AND STILL CAN NOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE

A company that does medical transportation and then the client has to wait 2 and 1/2 hours to be picked up to go home from the doctor. The owner has been heard to say that client isn't important they can wait. All that guy cares about is the money in his pocket
