This company has gotten excellent in the last year--new vehicles, dependable timetables, but especially terrific communications, especially in contrast to the lack of customer service elsewhere.  Call them to update and a person answers, immediately recognizing you from your phone number, so their software is great. Changes are made instantly and emailed to you.  I had an exceptional driver named Brian on my trip from Sedona to Phoenix recently. He kept passengers updated regularly on how many pick-ups there would be, how long it would take to the airport, the order of the terminal stops as we approached, as well as the airlines they served. He knew each traveler's airline as well as being a pleasant guy who enjoyed sharing information about the area. Thumbs up.  Takes a lot of stress out of the trip from Wisconsin...

This was my third time using Arizona Shuttle. As ever, the service was efficient and comfortable. On this occasion I had to make quick plans to get to Sky Harbor Airport. I found their website easily and their set up was easy to understand and straight forward. In no time i had my reservation for the next morning. The van showed up right on time and the driver knew my name. The ride was comfortable from Oak Creek to Phoenix with one rest stop. The driver was helpful and pleasant thoughout. We arrived at the appointed time and I was able to move on with my plans without any hassle. Thank you Arizona Shuttle.

Safe and very handy with so many trips each day from Sedona to the PHX airport!  It seemed a little expensive to me as compared to a similar service I take from Denver to a small mountain town which goes further and costs $29 but only has one trip per day, and the Arizona Shuttle vehicle was clean, well maintained, and the driver efficient and friendly.  Also - Arizona Shuttle did pick me up right from my hotel, which the Colorado bus doesn't do.

Great experience on AZ Shuttle. On time and friendly and safe driver. Friendly customer service by phone. Reasonable pricing for the number of miles.

Very friendly staff. I arrived at the airport earlier than expected. I was able to catch an earlier shuttle, but was unable to contact my ride that was meeting me at the drop-off because the airport wifi was not working. The staff member handed  me a phone to use and everything worked out perfectly.
