Not your stereotypical used car dealership! I was very impressed by my whole experience with Marietta Auto Mall Center. I found their pricing competitive with Craig's List private listings. Also, they do not add any hidden fees to their prices, so do not expect to negotiate a price. Instead you get a bottom-line, no nonsense, fair price. They had no problem and even encouraged me to take the Honda Accord to a local garage for a couple of hours to have it checked out. Even after getting it back I wanted a local Honda dealership to check something out, but couldn't get a last minute appointment. The Auto Mall owner managed to get me a last minute appointment! Honda verified what the Auto Mall technicians told me so I bought the car. I would definitely shop here again! They have given me a new perspective on what a used car dealership can be. Lenny was my sales associate. He and the owner were very transparent and low pressure in their sales approach. Check this place out if you are in the market for a used vehicle. I was very happy with the entire buying experience at Marietta Auto Mall Center and I would buy there again!

I don't think words can explain how HAPPY I am with my new car and this dealership as a whole!!1 I was able to find a car that I love from their amazing selections of vehicles. I had a very affordable down payment and my monthly payment is BELOW what I originally budgeted for!. James and Alex were both friendly and helpful. James make me feel comfortable and was VERY honest and straight forward with me. I would NOT change a single thing about this process or this dealership. I plan to send MANY, MANY, MANY people to them so that they can have the amazing experience that I had. As a young single mother any other dealership would have taken complete advantage of me, but James was perfect. Thank you so much James. You are a blessing!

You get to test drive any car you want without any sales person in the car with you...I love that! Customer service is not the greatest but really laid back place...I liked it

I recently found myself unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle when my car was totaled in a crash.  I was looking forward to the shopping experience with all the enthusiasm generally reserved for a root canal when I came across the listing for a vehicle online directing me to this dealership on South Cobb Drive.   I contacted them and heard back in less than 10 minutes from Alex – an internet sales specialist.   I went to take a test drive and encountered a completely pressure-free experience.   Alex even encouraged me to have the vehicle reviewed by my personal mechanic.   I did so and confirmed the car was in great shape mechanically with some minor body work issues (dings and minor scratches that had been repaired) which can be reasonably expected with a used vehicle.   James, the finance manager, did an excellent job in obtaining financing for me and I even have a warranty.   I was so pleased with my experience here and if you ever find yourself in need of a used auto (either by design or unfortunate circumstance!) I absolutely recommend checking out this dealership.

I had a stress free experience at Marietta Auto Mall Center. I was welcomed in so graciously. James assisted me with my purchase of a wonderful Honda Accord. His customer service was FANTASTIC, and he didn't make me feel pressured or rushed. He took the time to answer every question, paid attention to detail, and represented the company well. I will definitely recommend this dealership to prospective buyers. I truly believe James put my best interest first and that is appreciated when making such a stressful choice.
