My husband and I received exceptional courteous service from our salesman Josh.  He was knowledgeable about the car we needed for our family.  If you are need of a new vehicle head on over to Marietta Luxury Motors and ask for Josh. You'll be glad you did!  He is # 1 with us!  He made us feel less stress in our car buying experience with  no hassle. Discussing with him about car service needs was like talking with an "old friend". Next time we are in the area we must drop by and tell Josh lunch is on us😊

I purchased a truck from Dwayne Smart, put a 500 dollar deposit down on it with my Amex Card.  Buying the car was the easy part but getting my deposit back has been very difficult.  I have called and text him.  He keeps saying he will do it.  I've asked to speak with his manager, got hung up on and he wouldn't give me the managers name.  They look like a great operation but i have never had a problem with any other dealer regarding my deposit.  This guy shouldn't get a commission for this vehicle.  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at this point.  I still haven't gotten my money back.  It's been a three weeks since I bought the car.  Beware!!!!!!!!!!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership in my entire life. I highly recommend going to literally...anywhere else. Bought a Maserati from them five months ago, break pads AND rotors were shot. Tires nearly about to blow out. Did I mention the fact it has been five months and I still have no licence plate from them? I have called numerous times, been given a run around from management, placed on hold, hung up on. I called cooperate and their answer to me was "Sorry, don't know what to tell you..." This place is absolute garbage... Already contacted my attorney for auto-fraud. Will keep you all abreast of the situation.

Great dealership serving the Atlanta area. Nikki and Josh were exceptional and attentive to us. Came here looking for a Mercedes suv. They had the vehicle in stock and promptly allowed us to test drive. Vehicle drove great and they were very familiar with the features and answered all the questions we had. They were not pushy but did everything they could to make our deal work. Definitely recommend this dealer if you are in the market for a great car at a great price.
