Staff is extremely rude especially Pat. They have no problem constantly over talking the customer and not letting them get their concern out. I had made a reservation which I cancelled after going out to view the facility which I'm so glad I did because I would not have been a happy camper the day of my reservation. I get it was an old stage coach but in my opinion it looked like a dump. Major renovations are needed. I wasn't comfortable there and felt like I didn't want to touch things. Maybe I'm just use to the more upscale spas (which i thought this was.) My card took two weeks to be credit back as my paperwork just sat on someone's desk. Glad it finally was! I wouldn't recommend. I think people go here because of the name because it surely couldn't be because of the facility and services!

The true spa experience. The only place I know of where you don a comfy robe upon arrival and get to walk around with a mimosa in your hand all day. The soft music and trickling water really adds to the ambiance. True, it is getting a bit dated and looking a little tired and worn. But still, the most relaxing Spa environment I know of locally. The Vintage building is charming and a meal in the Cabin Restaurant is a must. You can usually find great spa day packages including  a massage, a facial,  time in the whirlpool or sauna and a Champagne lunch  for a very reasonable price on Groupon. It's worth checking out.

I wonderful massage and facial.  Not much to say about the lunch. Lettuce with chicken  and cherry tomatoes.  The waitress was to busy doing other things to worry. She never came back to ask us if we needed anything else. Very disappointed with the lunch.

I had the best experience here. The staff was amazing. The food at the restaurant was excellent. And the spa was everything i needed plus more. I want to go back now!
