It was pure dumb luck that I got to have Mr. Bailey represent me in my case. I’d made a stupid mistake, ended up in trouble, and needed an attorney that same day of my preliminary court hearing. Of all the law firms I’d contacted, he was the first to respond, willing to work with my situation, and acted quickly with communicating with the courts to rectify the predicament I was in. I felt I was represented with the utmost class and professionalism, in and out of the court room for every hearing, and he knew all the ins and outs of the system, and had the right connections to make my proceeding and outcome end as justly as could be expected; given the charges and circumstances of my case. Not looking to be needing the services of a defense attorney for the rest of my life, but if I ever was to get in a pickle again, he’s the first person I’d call. THANK YOU MARK!! You really helped navigate me in the right direction.

When I was in need of a lawyer, a friend of mine had heard about Mark Bailey and recommended him. I will say that I did not once regret making that choice to have Mark Bailey represent me. I'm sure I drove his staff crazy with my many messages, but everyone, including Mr. Bailey, was extremely professional and knowledgeable.  If you are in need of lawyer, I would definitely recommend him.

Save your money.Not worth the time of day! My family used him nothing good to mention! I could have done a better job and I know nothing about the legal system. Keep looking there are a lot better attorneys out there in lawyer land!

Mr. Bailey has represented a few of our clients with remarkable professionalism and attentiveness. The flow of communication between his office, clients, and our staff has been unlike any other law office we have worked with and I truly believe this is in the best interest of clients who need to be updated on the progress of their case. You can depend on Mr. Bailey for competent, confident, and constructive legal representation.

Mr. Mark Bailey represented me in a legal personal matter that was complex with many road blocks to overcome. The case lasted many years due to the complexity  but Mark never gave up. After many court appearances we final got the results we wanted. I have known Mark for over 5 years and I would say if you have a serious legal matter contact him.
