If you are wanting to file for a pardon Michael Risley is the attorney you want to hire. 
The application that has to be filled out and filed is overwhelming, you want Michael and his staff doing this for you. I knew going in after my consult I had a 50/50 chance because of an old case (over 20 years old) that was considered violent. I am happy to report I received my pardon!!!

I recently used Mr. Risley for two expungements.  I was extremely impressed by their ability to get the job done.  The process went exactly as they described except it was finished more quickly than I expected.  There were no hidden fee's and everyone in the office I had dealings with was super kind, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

When I first spoke to Michael Risley he was very professional, considerate and honest with me. He put me in touch with Katie Carter, another attorney at this law firm and she was wonderful. She explained what to expect and always kept me updated. She helped me understand the process and encouraged me by staying positive throughout my whole ordeal. I couldn't have chosen a better lawyer to represent me in my time of need. They offered reasonable rates which was extremely helpful for a single parent. She came through for me and my young daughter. I'll forever be grateful to Katie and I thank God I put my trust in her.

My experience was so easy and amazing. I was so worried about my record following me around for the rest of my life. We all make mistakes, but that doesn't mean that they all have to hang over our heads. They answered every question that I had, and even answered ones that I didn't think of. It was reasonable priced, and it was quick. Everything that they said was exactly the truth of what all happened. They stayed on keeping me informed through out the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing legal help. Amazing service!!
