Story

My father, Edward Nacht, started his own insurance agency here in Northeast Ohio more than 40 years ago. So insurance was our family business. I began working for him years ago, learned the business from the ground up and eventually took over the agency. My father taught me the mechanics of the business and helped me to recognize and understand the complex issues that individuals and businesses face, both near and long term.

The most important thing my father taught me had nothing to do with insurance. It was all about community, trust and being there for each client as their advocate – no matter what time of day or night. He said, “Anybody can sell insurance but not everybody is prepared to do what it takes to do what needs to be done for their clients when unforeseen circumstances arise”. And that’s what differentiates The Mark Nacht Insurance Agency.

As an independent insurance agency, we represent only “A” rated carriers. Because our loyalty is to our clients and not any one insurance company, it affords us the ability to find the right carrier with the right products and prices so we can design a package that best fit the specific needs of each client.

We are proud to support many wonderful groups in our community including the Boys & Girls softball teams, the American Heart Association, various local schools, and the Cleveland Special Olympics.
