From the time we arrived to the time we left it was bad service. Four tables were available and all four were dirty. We get our drinks and some white stuff was crusted to the ice of my husband's drink. We get our orders and the orders were wrong. Missing items like bacon, jalapenos on burgers (but got charged for them). Order a baked potato and receive no toppings. Just a dry potato wrapped in tin foil. Onion rings were burned and inedible. Long wait time without being checked on for refills. Paid premium prices for mediocre food and service. Very disappointed. Will just be taking my money elsewhere from here on out.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went there for Sunday breakfast and it was horrible. They had a "breakfast buffet". @$9.99. The eggs were old, the home fries tasteless, biscuits were hard as a rock but "they were making more". Gravy tasteless. Worst meal I have had in recent memory and I eat out a lot. The restaurant itself was dirty and dingy. The tables needed cleaning for the next guest yet the staff stood around talking, waiting for...what? I know there aren't many choices for a Sunday breakfast in Portales but I do not recommend this at all!

Decent service, appetizer combo was good, special of day was Monterey chicken sandwich...a bit rubbery. Didn't care for it.
