Mark is passable in many departments but if you need more then home insurance or car insurance he gets lost in the paperwork.  Mark personally raised my deductible on my car without telling me so I would not switch insurance companies.  Mark also failed to cancel my business liability insurance costing me $1,000 + dollars.  

If there is an issue with a claim Mark is NOT going to help you.  He's your typical agent handing out tiger and lions tickets to customers but lacking the staff or diligence to make sure a customer is covered properly.
