My insurance ran out without my knowledge, so I went to AAA in Grosse Pointe and talked to the counter agent, Mr. Victor Harris.  Seeing that for some reason I didn't have a personal representative anymore, I sort ot adopted Mr. Harris as my agent.  He was very polite and took control of my problem and resolved my problem.  Mr. Harris reinstated my membership and updated my policy which still had a car that I had asked previously asked to be excluded.  I was very pleased with Mr. Harris which in turned made me happy with AAA even after they left a car on my policy that I asked to be excluded.
