I received a watch as a gift for being in my brothers wedding but to wear the watch I had to have some links removed. I went to Market Square Jewelers they were outgoing and took care of me nearly as soon as I walked through the door. The service was terrific, staff was very welcoming. Highly recommend to others.

Had a horrible experience with them. We are new to Dover and saw good reviews.  My diamond had a prong loose and I had a necklace that was twisted pretty bad. We knew it would take a while for the necklace but didn't know it would take 2 weeks to get my diamond back. My husband called three times and was assured it would be ready. Each time it was not. We were charged $168.00 for the ring and chain. We asked for the chain to be untwisted. They retwisted it in a herringbone and now it is too small and I cannot wear it. This necklace meant the world to me as it was a memory of my niece who died when she was 16. Furious and disappointed.

Went in looking for wedding bands and to have my vintage engagement ring fixed. Outstanding service. I was thoroughly impressed by Brandon's (?) knowledge and help. He wasn't pushy at all - just helpful and worked with us until we found the pieces that were just us! As a designer, I loved the selection of interesting vintage pieces. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Erika was amazing. We got some unfortunate news about a piece of jewelry. But she worked with us on budget and the designers hit a home run. Thank you SO much for the amazing experience. Oh and Erika saud to say her hair looked amazing in the review.

I can not even begin to explain to you how grateful I am that my fiancee purchased my GORGEOUS vintage engagement ring here... The ring itself is absolutely stunning, and when we ran into a snag with the piece the staff was so incredible and willing to help us! They stand by the quality of their work, and went above and beyond to fix my ring. Jess in the Dover location was an absolute dream to work with. She took great care of my piece, kept me informed, and even mailed me an appraisal right away. I have purchased other pieces from their various locations, and will remain a loyal client in the future. I can't THANK YOU Market Square Jewelers for making me a very happy girl again. You guys are the BEST!!!!
