This was thee best experience I have ever had. I went into for an oil change and the tech that was helping me was James. I explained all the issues I was having with my car and he gave me great advice about what to do. The staff there were all extremely helpful and eager to help. I will only be going to this place from now on. Thanks guys!!

Girlfriend came in for a simple oil change (2003 Taurus with 220,000 miles on it) and they took advantage of her lack of car knowledge. Upsold her to a synthetic oil change (has only ever had standard, and the old sticker on windshield showed that). Also scared her into buying a fuel filter, an air filter, and a fuel injector cleaner. It's one thing if it needed those things, but both filters were fine, and the engine was running smooth. Ended up spending well over $200 when it originally came in for a $30 oil change...

Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to keep your car running and try to save you money as well. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
