Loved this place!  Fast, friendly, and did a nice job! I own a big truck with a headache rack. It sits 7'2" tall. Most car washes can only handle up to 7' and when I discovered they could handle up to 7'6" tall I had to go.  When I got there, the operations manager greeted me pleasantly, noticed how dirty my truck was, and made some instant notes to get the interior door panels cleaned because they were dusty (not a normal part of the service). 

I left my truck with them and waited for it at the exit. They had a very nice and clean waiting area, with coffee machines and other stuff. When it came out, it was attacked by a swarm of workers, cleaning, wiping, dusting, and drying. I counted 5 people working on it!  I am not used to this level of effort in a car wash!  

The results were very good.  My truck was FILTHY from months of work when I arrived, but the tires were clean of brake dust, they worked to get the haze off the chrome running boards, and the tailgate (which never gets fully clean on SUVs or pickups) was hand cleaned.  The interior was well done, and the door panels were cleaned at no extra charge.

I went to leave a big tip in the tip jar and I was told That she, but we don't accept tips! If you are happy, come again and tell a friend.  I'll tell friends, strangers, whomever, this place does nice work!

Very disappointed. $34 into getting my car cleaned and it was like an 8yr old did it. Still dirt on floor, under mats, along seat edge under seats etc also, for the money the "dusting" job inside could have been way better. I realize not getting a detail but please... It should be reasonable. Could not be more disappointed!

Buyer beware!  A gas station wash, 30 seconds of vacuuming and wiping your dash with a paper towel is what you get for $34.00 Best Wash including Armour All from Car Buffs on Rib Mountain Drive in Wausau.  I found a hand written coupon from a prior Car Buffs manager while cleaning out my car.  The coupon was expired and was not honored.  Ok, no big deal, but poor customer service offering when they could have shown appreciation for patronage.  The Owner, Clay Weber, personally explained that Car Buffs employees only wipe the dash off and if you want ANYTHING else, you have to pay for a full detailing.  He kindly offered to provide me with paperwork showing their procedures, got a towel and personally wiped the untouched dust off my dashboard after my wash and told me, I quote, "I don't recognize you as a regular customer and don't know why you would even come here with an expired coupon".  This is after regular monthly patronage of having four cars washed each month!  No paperwork was provided.  He just lost my $130/month along with every other friend, family member, employee and business contact I know.  Too bad....file this under "Proud Owners who don't give a **** about any of their customers".

Went in on Saturday got a full service and oil change plus the best carwash available. It took close to 3 hours for all that to be done and when I get back in my car nothing was even wiped down except the windshield which had steak marks all over it. So over $100 spent and it looks like the inside of my car wasnt even touched. Just get your car washed somewhere else for a lot cheaper then leave the interior details to yourself, this place is not worth it.

Super disappointed with this company. I went in for an oil change and I remember from a few years ago that they did a whole lot more then just change your oil and filter. They are extremely overpriced for just and oil and oil filter change. Plus they do not offer a military discount or a hotbed discount. I will not be returning here.
