My husband and I had an AMAZING experience at Marks Jewelers! We've been married for six years, and have a baby, but I developed an allergy to my ring during my pregnancy so it was time for an upgrade (yay!) Everyone in Marks was EXTREMELY kind, helpful, and treated us as excitedly as they would a couple who was getting engaged. Especially David!!! David was amazing and hooked us up with the ring and the diamond of my DREAMS!!! They custom designed my ring and turned the diamond from my first engagement ring into a pendant that I never take off now. My hubby re-proposed this past week with my brand new ring from Marks and I cannot stop staring at my finger. :) Thank you Marks for the amazing customer service, time, and attention to every detail. You have three more customers for life (including our baby ;) ) Thank you!!

All I can say is that Marks is incredible. They have a large assortment of jewelery and watches. 

Where I really think they stand out is customer service and care. I walked in an was immediately greeted and brought to an associate to assist me.

I came in with an odd ball watch and large wrist size and they were diligent in finding a solution that worked. The patience and kindness they showed is exemplary of what assistance should be. 

Everyone is treated with dignity and respect, I (buying a $30 watch band received the same level of service as someone buying $1000+ jewelry) which made me feel very comfortable and welcome. 

This will be my go to place and recommendation to others for jewelry.

Marks Jewelers has continued to provided friendly professional service. My purchases receive impeccable care. The items receive many compliments by discerning people who know quality. I appreciate Mark's commitment to me and my purchases. I highly recommend you take advantage of this gem!

We went to Mark's 4 years ago to get our wedding rings made.  I brought in my grandmother's ring they used the stones to make a gorgeous setting.  The entire process was fantastic so a month ago we went back to get a another band made.  Again Katie was great to work witb.  I'm already about what to do next.  I'd recommend them to everyone

Have shopped at Mark's Jewelers for years.  Excellent service and friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.  No-pressure sales atmosphere.  The new store is amazingly beautiful.  Highly recommend a visit for your jewelry needs.
