My Husband and I have been going to Hatboro Jewelers since the day they opened their door.  We will never deal with another Jeweler.  Their honesty and integrity are above reproach.  We have always been greeted by Susie who always manages to make us laugh along with their dog.  If I take in a piece of jewelry to be repaired, Kenny is always honest.  There have been times when he has suggest that we not repair the piece.  How many other Jewelers do you know who will do this?  We moved out of state, however, we still deal with Susie and Kenny.  My Husband surprised me with a diamond eternity wedding band for my 60th Birthday.  Kenny suggested that he not have the diamonds go all the way around because I might accidentally lose a stone.  Once again, HONESTY BEFORE PROFIT.  We recently ordered not one but seven diamond bangle bracelets, by PHONE.  The bracelets arrived and they are magnificent.  Of course, Kenny had to check them out before they were sent to me.  Kenny and Susie are two of the most honest people that we know.  They treat your possessions as though they were theirs.  We were in the store one Christmas when an elderly lady came in to buy her Granddaughter diamond earrings.  Susie took out several pairs and suggested the smaller ones.  Susie said, “you are on a fixed income.  If you Granddaughter wants a larger stone, tell her that she can return them and pay the difference.”  ONCE AGAIN, HONESTY BEFORE PROFIT.  One last things, I went into the store one day when I was having health issues and Susie and I were talking.  She gave me a Guardian Angel to put in my pocketbook to watch over me during my difficult time.  Do you know of ANYONE who has ever done something like this.  Susie and Kenny make us feel like Family.

Found my Grandfather's pocket watch and decided to try and have it repaired. I took it to Hatboro Jewelers on th recommendation of a friend. The watch looks great, and works great. The estimate was spot-on. Thank you Hatboro Jewelers for reclaiming some family history.

I used them many years ago to repair a piece of jewelry.  They gave it back to me with a stone missing.  They accused me of giving it to them that way, then replaced the stone using  yellow rather than white gold so it stands out like a sore thumb.  Later a friend bought an I.D. bracelet.  They gave it to him with the name engraved very crooked.  It was so bad he didn't even bother going back to them to have it redone because he thought they would just make it worse.  They are horrible.
