Thank you so much to the amazing Jeanette who went above and beyond for me in the last 2½ months. I had an emergency in Ireland and I needed to go home as soon as possible. Jeanette made this possible and was very patient with me and I flew out the next day. On arrival in Ireland I received an email hoping I had a safe journey over and to have a safe and happy time with my family. This I thought was just so lovely and caring. I then had some issues with a flight that was taken care of and another return flight was booked. Then further restrictions/rules were put in place to enter Canada and Jeanette emailed me this information so I would have everything I needed before my flight...again amazing..thank you! Then on arrival in Canada I received an email to welcome me home wishing I had a safe flight back and hoping everything went smoothly. I don't know anyone else who has ever done that and I was blown away. The service was more than 100% it was so personal and I felt like Jeanette really cares. In this stressful time she really had my back and I'm forever grateful! X

They were very helpful, and had a good idea of what we wanted in our holiday.   She helped us picked the perfect all inclusive vacation.

We had Jennifer she was awesome!!  She looked up what we were interested in and found us a beautiful resort in Santa Maria Cuba!!  Thankyou for doing all the ground work for us it made our trip hassle free!!
