Marsha and her staff whole heartedly embodies and exemplifies customer service. She has always gone above and beyond. She takes her time and explains everything in plain easy to understand ways. Is patient and helpful in answering questions. She has been my insurance agent for as long as I can remember and I trust her knowledge and expertise. I would recommend her, hands down, with absolutely no reservation to anyone looking for an insurance agent. You won’t be sorry, she’s the best!

I have been with State Farm under Marsha for 2 cars and 3 homes (so a few years now) and Kathy W. always makes sure my questions/updates are done in a timely manner.   They really are the best at what they do!!!

Excellent customer service and personal support. I have multiple product lines from this State Farm agency not just auto insurance and have been thrilled with the pro-active approach they have to ensuring the products I have work for me and my family.

Extremely aggressive sales practices.  

They were my wife's auto coverage and our renter's insurance carrier for a while (before we were married) - we switched because her auto insurance was almost TWICE what mine was for equivalent coverage. 

I made the mistake of letting them quote *me* for insurance a couple of times.  Now they call, email, and text message me (all within 60 seconds) every six months even though I haven't responded in 18 months. The messages are all cloying/whiney/cheesey/desperate "We miss you" and "we want to get you back in our office" (I've never been to their office) and claim to be from "[my] State Farm office" (I'm not a customer). 

None of the rates quoted have ever been competitive with the rate I was paying elsewhere for equivalent coverage.  

Stay away.  Don't even ask for a quote - you will regret it.  I do.
