[Based on a October 27, 2017 visit] Long Lasting Buys Many of the items I buy from Marshall's have a long life, whether it's shoes I run the tread off of, or a three in one coat I've had for nearly a decade. The lines are long, but they go fast, and there's usually enough cashiers to process in the afternoon, when it's most busy. Lately, I've stuck to smaller purchases but the atmosphere is always courteous and inviting, and when my credit card initially failed, I was able to resolve my problem and walk away with my purchase. That patience is always appreciated, because there's no more stressful a moment in retail than getting your card declined.

Check out lime was horrible. Spent at least 45 minutes waiting on line. While shopping I noticed line was consistently long. Cashiers asked every customer if they wanted Marshall credit card. If they did, they would stop check out to fill out app and call for approval. Never going back.

Typical Marshalls merchandise and prices, but unfortunately there is always a massive line. Other than the weekends, they only have less than half of the registers open. I have been here different days and times and it is always the same problem. Fine if you don't mind spending 30 minutes in line, but otherwise you are better off going to any other Marshalls.

Horrible will never go there again . big mess i i wont say all of them but about 60% of the staff is very rude . when i went there this afternoon there were about 20 ppl on line and only two registers open . when i asked the manager a lady with dark long hair she told me they will get there they're running late. seriously after 30 mins of waiting in line i had to leave i really wanted the items that i had but i couldn't take it . no one else had arrived in the entire time i was waiting .

Always a long line, very messy. Things are always out of place or thrown into areas. If you take your time and look you can usually find nice items for a decent price.
