Good place, always find awesome deals. Sometimes if things are damaged you can talk them down to a better price. Not 5 stars because selection is weak sometimes.

This store is extremely discriminatory in their practices. While waiting for 25 minutes while a assistant store manager harassed me over a $29 polo shirt I was returning which had the receipt and tag attached, I Watch two customers do the exact same returns with tags attached and receipts in hand and they were not subjected to the same harassment where each item was scanned to ensure the tag matches the description. I question if this is part of re return policy at all and the store associate and the manager gave me two very conflicting answers. I was the only customer of middle eastern heritage otherwise I believe all of our money is the same color and the other two customers were males in the same age range as I was. Marshall’s executive management should find out if the description for each item purchased is matched to the tags that are Attached to the items. It seems to me that if an associate is going to check with their description matches a tag that’s attached to an item accompanied by a receipt when you go to return an item in that same process should take place when you purchase an item otherwise is a very conflicting policy that’s not only discriminatory it is harassing and it makes your customers feel like they’re liars cheats and thieve. Marshals executive team i hope That you check on what's going With these discriminatory negative harassing policies because one day a customer’s not gonna be as nice as me and just write a bad review. I I would want a member of management I would want a member of management to be made to feel the way I did standing in line in front of 10 other customers being treated as if I’m a thief you have a funny way of showing your appreciation to your customers. This is not the first time this is happened in this particular store either.
