This Marshalls has so much! I go between jobs and I love going there. I must say the  only downfall is they need more cashier's. Other than that great store🙌🏽

Marshalls is a great franchise, and they are usually extremely kind to their customers. However, this was not the case with this store...
My grandmother went to this store to return a dress. The cashiers claimed that my grandmother could not return her dress because it didn't have a red tag. My grandmother insesited that she didn't take off any tags, as all the other tags were on the dress. Then, the cashiers called their manager, Joyce. My grandmother explained the situastion to her and Joyce yelled at my grandmothers face. I was shocked to see such uncivil behavior. She said that we were wrong and said that She would only let this slide once. My grandmother then asked politely "But my dress didn't have a red tag on it, I am not lying". Joyce then started yelling at her for blaming her cashiers, saying that she shouldn't even let us return the dress.  I was very disappointed in the lack of kindness in this establishment. I can't believe that they would blame my own grandmother for lying. When we asked who their superior was, they ignored us and didn't give us a name.  I will not be shopping here again. Ever.
