Very busy place people working there are quick to get your order complete

This is Starbucks. The location is convenient with good parking and usually fast service. I mean, it's Starbucks.

Has great coffee but is always a long wait to get it made cause it is so busy. Its not very cozy & clean like it was a couple of years ago. The staff is always nice & friendly

Go here quite often, prompt and courteous service and they always get my order right.

Usually it's pretty crowded and the wait is long but that's usually mitigated by the nice outside seating and the fireplace inside. They used to not have decaf brewed which was annoying but they're better with that now. Tonight though we got pretty upset. The store closes at 11 and we got here at 10:25. We were looking for a dessert and coffee. When we tried to order, nothing was in the showcase except for 1 morning bun that the staff wouldn't warm up because the oven was shut off. When we asked about getting anything else, we were told everything was thrown out. I'm surprised Starbucks wouldn't think to donate leftover desserts to a local charity. Very disappointing and the worst is that this hasn't happened before. It's just the first time I decided to write about it.
