I don't write many reviews on here, but this place deserves one. I've had to go here a couple of times for annual physicals that are required by my health insurance and, to put it simply, the amount of things that this center screws up in just a physical is downright concerning. I would never in a thousand years consider this place for any type of serious health need. They even made me sign a blank form in advance, then proceeded to fill out the rest of the form with incorrect information after the fact before sending it to my health care provider and really screwing things up. My one hour physical has turned into a lot more work and a much greater headache...and this isn't even mentioning the fact that I have been incorrectly charged everytime I've been in this building (which, thankfully, they do end up fixing after more phone calls). If you have any other option, go elsewhere. It's not worth the frustration that this center causes.
